Responsible Gambling
Our Responsible Gaming
Our commitment to responsible gaming
One of Qbet’s core values is transparency. We take it a step further by giving you insights into how you play – how much, when you win and lose. Therefore, it is also our interest and commitment to continuously ensure that games are not abused, and that our customers play responsibly and in a transparent manner.
How do I gamble responsibly?
- See games as entertainment – not as a source of income.
- Never gamble for more than you can afford to lose. Use deposit and spending limits to keep track of the amounts you spend.
- Don’t chase losses – it often leads to problems.
- Track how long you play. Use session limits to control how long you can stay logged in.
- Balance gaming with other activities. If gaming becomes your only form of entertainment, you should stop and think about whether it’s still fun.
- Take regular breaks. Prolonged gaming can cause you to lose track of time and perspective.
- Do not play under the influence of alcohol or when you are upset or depressed – it impairs your judgment.
- Reflect on how much time and money you spend on gambling. You can track this in your online account history.
- Understand your chances of winning and how the product works.
- If you need to talk to someone about your gambling problem, contact a support group for gambling addiction.
What is problem gambling?

Tools that help
Practical tips and solutions to prevent problems. The tools below allow you to self-monitor if you have a problem and, if necessary, limit or stop your gambling.
Deposit limit
Deposit limits allow you to decide how much money you can deposit in a calendar day, week or month.
Once the limit is reached, you cannot deposit any more until the period is reset. You can still use other Qbet services, including playing with existing funds in your account.
Take a break
If you want to take a short break from gaming and betting, you can choose Time-Out for 72 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
During Time-Out, you cannot play or bet, but you can log in to withdraw your remaining balance.
Self-test
Gamblers Anonymous provides a simple test to assess whether your gambling is causing a problem:

Self-shutdown
Log in to your Qbet account, go to account settings and select the desired self-exclusion option.

How to help a friend
Recognize the signs
Keep these points in mind if you suspect a friend is at risk of harm through gambling:
- Busyness: Winning talk all the time is not healthy.
- Tolerance: Increasingly higher stakes for the same high.
- Inability to quit: Have tried but failed.
- Irritability: Gets upset if he can’t play.
- Escape: Uses games to escape problems at home/work.
- Chasing losses: Trying to win back money.
- Hide: Sneak game on the mobile phone under the table.
- Borrow money: Ask friends for money to play.
- Lying: Hiding losses – may indicate deeper problems.
Do you think you or someone else has a problem? What do you do?
If you notice several signs in a friend – have a calm conversation.
A simple “I’ve noticed you’ve been gambling a lot lately – are you okay?” will go a long way. Support is key. See the Who Can Help section for ways to contact them.
Protect minors
We don’t want children playing – period. We perform age checks on every account to ensure that customers are 18+ and therefore legally allowed to play.
If we cannot confirm age through electronic checks, we will block the account and ask for proof of age.
Children often use parents’ devices, and you may happen to be logged in. Gaming companies and parents need to work together to protect minors.
Tips for protecting minors
- Keep your username, password and deposit details out of reach (not on a post-it note on your computer).
- Don’t save passwords and don’t use autofill .
- Always log out of your Qbet account if children are nearby.
- Install web filters, such as NetNanny , to block gaming sites on PC and mobile.
- Talk to your children about the legality and risks of underage gambling.
- Limit the time your children spend online.
- Use built-in parental controls on mobile/tablet/computer/TV devices.
