Basic

The Rules are a binding agreement between us and you. Definitions

Who can play?

How you can play

Register

  1. Click on “Open account”.
  2. Fill in the registration form correctly with:
    – Your full name – Your current address – Your valid email address – Your current country of residence
    – Your mobile number
    – Your date of birth – Your gender – Enter password – Select the currency you want to play in
  3. Click on “Create Account” to confirm that the information is correct and that you agree to the Rules.
  4. Then verify your mobile number via the code sent via SMS.
  5. You can now log in with your registered details.

Pay

When you want to play, you need to deposit money into your Account. Do this:

  • Click on “Deposit” on the Website.
  • Choose a bonus if one is offered and you want to use it.
  • Choose your payment method.

  • Confirm that the information is correct by clicking “Insert”.

Age

We reserve the right to request proof of age and conduct checks to verify the information you have provided. If you are found to be under 18, we will take necessary measures to prevent your continued use of the Website, including refunding any deposits and voiding any winnings and/or bonuses.

Other verifications

As a gaming operator, we are required by law and regulation to ensure that you are who you say you are and that the funds you play with are your own and of legitimate origin. We may therefore carry out third party searches against your name, compare personal data you have provided or that we hold against other databases, and request information and documentation we need to validate the account and the origin of the funds. Cancellation

We do not accept cancellation of games or bets, except in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.
Refunds are not given, except in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.

General rules for you

  • You must register and play on your own behalf only.
  • You must keep your login details (name, password or other information) secure and not share them with anyone. If you share them – even unintentionally – you are responsible for any misuse/use of your account. We are not responsible for any money or information lost as a result of unauthorized use due to a failure to protect your details. You are also responsible for the security of any linked email, computer or device where the account can be accessed. You can see your last login and logout times in the Account. If you suspect that your details have been compromised, you must notify us immediately to receive a new password. Unless our negligence caused it, any unauthorized use is your responsibility.
  • Keep registration and account information up to date.
  • If you discover any errors in the information provided during registration or in the account, you must immediately notify us or correct them.
  • It is your responsibility to know whether your activity on the Website is legal in the country/territory where you are playing.
  • You may only have one account on the Website. If you have more than one, you must inform us immediately.
  • Only one account per household is allowed. If you discover more in the same household, you must notify us.
  • You can play any game as long as you have enough balance.
  • You may not transfer or receive funds between accounts and/or transfer, sell or buy accounts.
  • You agree that we may verify your identity and provide the documents we request to verify registration information and payment details (e.g. passport copy, bills, bank statements, and proven source of funds).
  • You may not exploit any technical or human error or vulnerability. We may cancel and reclaim any winnings obtained in such a manner.
  • You may not engage in fraud, collusion, match-fixing or other illegal activity in connection with your (or any third party’s) use of the Website. You may not use any software, technology or hardware to gain an unfair advantage.
  • You agree that we may share your information with other parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy to operate and deliver the Website.
  • You agree that deposits/withdrawals are only made to/from payment accounts/cards or other options in your name, and that you do not deposit funds of illegal origin.

What we can do

  • We may refuse to open an account for any reason.
  • We may close or block your account in the event of (suspected) breach of rules or other valid reason. Upon closure, the available balance will be paid out promptly and no later than within 5 business days, unless there is reason to withhold funds.
  • If the information provided during registration is incorrect, we may close the account and retain any applicable funds. If you fail the identity verification, the account will be closed and winnings will be withheld.
  • If you attempt to open more accounts, we will block them and may also block the original account. If we leave the original account open, any remaining deposits from the other accounts will be transferred to it. An administrative fee of 10% (minimum EUR 30 or equivalent) will be charged for each unauthorized account. Additional fees may apply as per the Rules.
  • If there is more than one account in a household, these will be blocked/closed.
  • We may share personal and payment information with other parties in accordance with the Identification/Verification Privacy Policy.
  • We do not provide credit outside of permitted bonuses/promotions. Account balances do not earn interest and we are not a financial institution. Winnings from “no wagering requirements” bonuses are capped at twenty (20) times the amount credited; any excess will be forfeited.
  • If you use the Site for any purpose other than entertainment, we may adjust your Account to remove funds from such activity and permanently close your Account.
  • We may refuse, terminate or limit efforts according to internal policies and rules.
  • We may void in whole or in part (and/or close your account) if we determine that:
    – you or a related party directly/indirectly influenced the outcome; – you/a related party has inside information; – you/a related party engages in arbitrage/ matched betting;
    – you/a related party circumvents the Rules; – criminal activity has affected the outcome; – a significant change in odds has occurred (e.g. due to publication); – bets have been offered/placed/accepted that we would not otherwise have accepted due to a technical error, mistake/typo or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We may close your account, cancel and/or refund winnings on the “Available to Play” balance (after withdrawal fees), withhold winnings and/or debit the account (in the event of damage caused by you) in accordance with regulations, without obligation to give reasons or give prior notice. Applicable agreements are fulfilled.
  • If we suspect illegal/fraudulent activity or payment difficulties, we may freeze/close the account and/or cancel bets.
  • We offer fair progressive jackpots for players who use the services for entertainment purposes. In the event of suspected abuse of the purpose of the game/promotion, we may suspend/terminate access, and if necessary close the account immediately. In the event of termination, we are not liable for losses until closure or refund of remaining balances. “Abuse” may include software-assisted mass gambling , or “cherry picking” of value jackpots only. In the event of proven abuse, all winnings and balances may be confiscated.
  • All transactions are monitored/reviewed to combat money laundering in accordance with applicable AML regulations.
  • Claims and disputes regarding games are not accepted later than 3 days from calculation.

Payment rules

Deposits

Information about payment methods can be found under “My Account” and “Deposit”. Available methods, average processing times and fees are subject to change. Some methods may not be available in certain countries.

When you select a method, you accept its terms and any fees for deposits/withdrawals, and that the method is valid, is in your name, and that you have the right to use it.

It is illegal to deposit money of illegal origin.

We accept EUR and other currencies offered in the list. You choose an account currency depending on your country. Payments in other currencies will be converted to your account currency at the rate we choose; any exchange rate surcharges will be paid by you.

When paying by card, we may request a certified copy of the card (front/back). Only the first 6 and last 4 digits should be visible; CVV/CVV2 should be hidden. The card must be in your name.

We do not accept cash directly or through any payment provider.

Identity checks are triggered when total deposits reach EUR 2,000, regardless of whether the limit is reached in one transaction or multiple transactions within a 180-day rolling period. We may also perform such checks for lower amounts or upon withdrawals.

Payouts (winnings)

Once the outcome of a Game has been determined or a result confirmed, winnings will be made available to Your Account.

If your account is mistakenly credited with winnings that do not belong to you, these will be taken back. If you have already withdrawn them, you must notify us immediately and refund them; otherwise, we will take legal action.

Socket

You may withdraw up to the “Available to Play” amount through a valid withdrawal request, subject to our daily/weekly/monthly maximum limits below. Withdrawals are requested via the Website only.

If you want to withdraw your entire balance, you must first cancel all open bets.

Funds in the account should only be used to play Games on the Website. If you request a withdrawal without having wagered the amount equal to or more than the deposited amount, we will charge an administration fee of 10% (minimum 5 EUR or equivalent), in accordance with our security procedures. We may refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraud/money laundering.

Before accepting withdrawals, we may request proof of identity (certified copies of passports, IDs, etc.). We may also perform telephone, facial or other verification. We reserve the right to cancel withdrawals pending updated proof of identity.

When withdrawing money by card, we may request a certified copy of the card (same masking as above). The card must be in your name.

Maximum withdrawal processed is EUR 10,000 per day, EUR 25,000 per week and EUR 100,000 per month (or equivalent), unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.

All withdrawals must be made via the same method used for deposit, unless we decide otherwise or if this is not possible. If you have deposited using multiple methods, we may split the withdrawal and process the parts via each method according to AML rules.

We may request that you redirect, cancel or use another withdrawal method in accordance with AML policy/regulations.

Cancellation of withdrawals (by you or us) will not provide any compensation if you choose to play with the funds before the withdrawal is completed.

We charge a reasonable administration fee if you make more than one withdrawal in a rolling 24-hour period: 3% of the transaction amount, up to a maximum of EUR 20 or equivalent, on each withdrawal after the first within the period.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is requested on a method you used, we can:

  • block Your Account;
  • take action we are legally entitled to;
  • send you a chargeback message via your registered contact details;
  • use the same method as for the deposit to handle the chargeback;
  • If we cannot confirm your identity and payment method, we will send two reminder emails, each accompanied by an administrative fee of EUR 50 or equivalent, debited from funds not related to the chargeback.

The balance may become negative in the event of a chargeback.

Close your account

You can close Your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] .

When you close the account:

  • you must first cancel all open offers/bets;
  • you should contact support and explicitly request closure;
  • we promptly transfer all funds (minus withdrawal fees) to accounts/cards/other payment options in your country (not cash) that belong solely to you and are in your name, in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.

Inactive accounts

An inactive account is an account that has not been accessed or logged in for less than 12 consecutive months.
When the account becomes inactive, we will charge an administration fee of EUR 5.00 per month (or equivalent) until the real balance is zero, if you do not log in or withdraw funds. We will notify you by email 30 days before the account becomes inactive.

If you log in after the fee has started, the fee will cease. You can request a full refund of the charged fees via support. The inactivity period is recalculated from your last login.
We may close inactive accounts with zero balance at our discretion.

Bonuses

  • A Bonus is only available once per person, family, household, address, email, credit card number, bank account, phone number, device and/or IP address.
  • “Welcome bonuses” are only for new customers who open an account, have never had an account before, have never received a welcome offer, and are actively offered a welcome bonus upon registration.
  • Some bonuses must be activated manually in Your Account. Unless otherwise stated, this is done after logging in and depositing the qualifying amount. Such bonuses can only be activated when real money is in the account. If you play through part of the deposit before the bonus requirement is met, lost funds cannot be used to activate the bonus.

Rest of the world – customers

Bonus amounts are placed in a Bonus Balance separate from your Cash Balance . When you have an active bonus, your real money, the bonus and any winnings from it remain in bonus status, are restricted and cannot be withdrawn or played on other products until the wagering requirements have been met. The balance becomes available again when the wagering requirements have been met, i.e. when the bonus amount linked to the active bonus is transferred to the Cash Balance.

All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be met within a specified time limit before winnings/bonuses can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement indicates the total bet volume you must place before the bonus and any winnings are transferred to your cash balance. The requirements are stated in the respective bonus-specific terms and conditions and are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or bonus + deposit, as well as a time limit. Failure to meet the requirements and/or forfeiture of an active bonus may result in all winnings during bonus play being forfeited. Attempting to withdraw funds or cash out bets before the wagering requirement has been met may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all winnings. System bets do not count towards the wagering requirement. Only bets placed and settled during the promotional period count.

Risk-free bets (e.g. red/black at the same time in roulette , player/banker at the same time in baccarat) do not count. If collusion is discovered (e.g. two players covering opposite outcomes), bets will be voided, the account closed and deposits may be forfeited.

If a bonus provides guaranteed or greatly improved winning opportunities regardless of the outcome and we have evidence/reasonable suspicion that you (alone or in a group) have placed such bets over Qbet sites, we may withdraw the bonus and winnings, close the account and withhold all funds.

If you cancel the bonus, you will lose the bonus and all bonus winnings. Restrictions are stated in the respective promotional terms and conditions.

We may refuse a bonus or change/cancel a bonus if we believe that: (i) the bonus is being abused (e.g., using promotions without ever risking your own funds); (ii) technical problems have occurred; (iii) the bonus cannot be implemented as planned.

We offer promotions in good faith for recreational players. In the event of suspected abuse, we may suspend access to the game/offer and, if necessary, close the account immediately. In the event of closure, losses and account balances will not be refunded. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, software and/or multiple accounts for unfair advantage. In the event of abuse, we may withhold all winnings and balances.

The following measures can be taken in the event of bonus abuse/rule violations:

  • void/cancel bonuses and bonus winnings obtained through abuse;
  • bar players from future bonuses;
  • terminate abusive accounts.

Examples of abuse (non-exhaustive):

  • more than one account;
  • even/low margin betting;
  • bets above the maximum allowed with active bonus: EUR 6 per game round or EUR 0.50 per line (or currency equivalent );
  • wagering bonus on excluded games;
  • collusion;
  • manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other cheating;
  • IP/VPN masking.

All bonuses are intended for recreational players; we may restrict eligibility to participate in bonuses.

Maximum withdrawal from winnings earned via bonus or free spins/bonus spins before a deposit is made is 100 EUR (or account ­currency equivalent).

Unless otherwise stated, the Casino maximum bet is 6 EUR per spin or 0.50 EUR per line (or currency equivalent ). Failure to comply may result in account closure and forfeiture of bonus/winnings. Currency Equivalence (unless otherwise stated):

  • EUR: €1
  • NOK: €1 = 10 SEK
  • GBP: €1 = £1
  • USD: €1 = $1

Irregular play

We may review your gaming history and/or monitor your bonus usage at any time. In case of suspected irregular gaming (bonus abuse), we may disqualify you from free spins/bonuses/promotions and/or withhold deposits/winnings and/or close your account. Irregular gaming may be (not limited to): low margin, equal stakes, risk-free or hedge gaming, with the aim of exploiting bonuses. Also:

  • increase balance and then significantly change playing patterns to complete wagering requirements;
  • use betting systems or even – money games;
  • use the “Double- Up ”/ gamble feature to increase winnings;
  • high bets to increase balance and then move to bets < 50 % of previous bet to meet turnover requirements;
  • wagering on games that do not contribute or have a 0% contribution;
  • build up value with a bonus, lose the bonus and then withdraw the value after a new deposit.

Borders

Deposit limit

You can set a maximum deposit limit. When the limit is reached, further deposits are blocked for the selected period. Increasing/removing the limit only takes effect after 24 hours; decreasing it takes effect immediately.

Activity control

When you bet on Sports or Games, Qbet will show a summary in a pop-up and ask if you want to continue.

Self-shutdown and Time-out

You can self-exclude yourself from playing completely via the Self-Exclusion page or via Support. For residents outside the UK/Northern Ireland, you can set the period and your account will be automatically reactivated afterwards.

Players can choose to self-exclude from a specific brand site. Please note that a request will only apply to that brand and not automatically to all brands under the same license. If you wish to extend this to all brands under our license, you must explicitly contact Support.

During self-exclusion, you cannot open an account on the Website. You will also lose participation in competitions/draws you entered before the suspension, as well as non-cash prizes/invitations that have not yet been used (e.g. tickets to events during the suspension period). You will also not receive marketing or personal messages until the suspension has expired. If you wish to change a time-out, please contact Customer Care for review.

Self-test

Aborted/Aborted Games (Technology)

We do our best to avoid technical problems, but if necessary:

  • We, our suppliers and licensors are not responsible for downtime, server outages, lag or technical/political disruptions. Refunds may be given only at the discretion of management.
  • We, our suppliers and licensors are not liable for any damages/losses deemed to have arisen due to the Website or its content, including:
    – delays/interruptions in operation or transmission;
    – data loss/corruption;
    – communication or line failures; – misuse of the Website/content; – errors/omissions in content.
  • In the event of a casino system error, all bets are void.
  • If a Game is cancelled due to a system error, we will refund the stake to Your Account (or directly, if the account is closed). If you have accrued a credit value, it will be paid out accordingly.
  • We take reasonable steps to ensure that our system enables your participation. If a game round is interrupted after a bet is placed due to a telecommunications failure or your computer: the game will resume from the exact time before the interruption. If resumption is not possible:
    – we will terminate the game, and – refund the bet to Your Account.

How to complain

We strive for the best customer experience. If you have a complaint, please first contact Customer Service at [email protected] . We aim for a final response within 10 days. If more time is needed, the period can be extended by another 10 days; you will be informed within the first 10 days if an extension is required.
For fast processing, please provide clear identification and relevant details. We will do our best to provide a prompt and friendly resolution.

When you talk to us

When contacting us, you must not make statements such as:

  • are sexually explicit or grossly offensive;
  • uses derogatory terms and/or incites hatred;
  • is abusive, defamatory, or otherwise harasses, threatens, or causes discomfort to our support agents.

We record/save all communication with support.

When you talk to each other

We may provide chat for conversations between players. In the chat, you may not post/content that:

  • is sexually explicit or grossly offensive;
  • uses derogatory terms and/or incites hatred;
  • encourages/facilitates antisocial behavior;
  • encourages/facilitates illegal activities;
  • harasses, threatens, or causes discomfort to others;
  • influences other players’ actions through threats/insults;
  • disrupts normal dialogue, or is abusive, defamatory, harassing, or insulting;
  • advertises/promotes other online activities including forums;
  • is untrue/malicious/harmful about the Website or any other linked website.

Collusion via chat is prohibited; suspicious chat will be reported to the responsible authority.
We review and log all chat. Chat is for fun and social interaction only. In case of violation of the rules, we may remove the chat or close your Account immediately. Any funds in excess of what may be owed to us will be refunded. We are not responsible for damages incurred via the chat function. You agree to compensate us for damages incurred due to illegal/inappropriate behavior or violation of the chat rules.

Your responsibility to us

You access the Website and participate in the Games at your own risk. The Website and the Games are provided “as is”. Our representations are set out in these Rules only. We do not warrant that:

  • the software or Website is fit for purpose and error-free;
  • The Website/Games are available without interruption.

We are not liable for any loss/cost/damage of any kind, direct or indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, in connection with your use of the Website or participation in the Games.

Violations, penalties and termination

If we suspect that you have violated the Rules, we may refuse to open, block or close your account. We may also withhold funds (including deposits) and set off damages/claims against your funds.

We may freeze or terminate your account or void any bets if:

  • we suspect illegal/fraudulent activity;
  • you have problems with creditors or other things that are damaging our business.

Our decision is final.

Anti-money laundering reporting

As a gaming operator, we comply with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and related regulations. We review transactions and report suspicious transactions to the competent authorities (or relevant jurisdiction).

We may suspend, block or close accounts and withhold funds as required by law.

Intellectual property rights

We are the sole owner of the trademark “ Qbet ” and the Qbet logo. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

We own or license the technology, software and business systems on the Website.
You agree not to use automatic or manual tools to monitor our pages or their content. Unauthorized use or reproduction may be subject to legal action.

Divisibility

If any provision is illegal/unenforceable, it shall be severed; the other provisions shall continue in effect.

Full agreement and evidence

The Rules constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the Site and supersede (except in the case of fraud) all prior contemporaneous communications and proposals, electronic, oral or written.
Printouts of the Rules and electronic communications are admissible as evidence in court/authority.

Transfer

We may assign or transfer this Agreement. You may not assign or transfer it.

Insolvency

We hold client funds in a segregated bank account. Please note that these funds are not protected in the event of insolvency; if we become insolvent, your funds may not be refundable.

Applicable law, jurisdiction and language

The Rules are governed by the laws of Curaçao and the parties submit to the courts of Curaçao.
The Rules are published in several languages. Only the English version is legally binding between us; the others are service translations. In the event of a discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
